Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship?
    • Right now we ship to the US and Canada only, but are working on expanding internationally!
  • How long will my order take?
    • Item ship time varies by product; most items hit the mail within 3-5 business days or sooner.
  • Will I receive tracking info?
    • Yes! You will automatically receive tracking information via email once your items ship. If your order requires multiple shipments, tracking emails will be sent for each package.
  • Will all of my items ship together?
    • Sometimes different items will be shipped separately, depending on product type and volume purchased.
  • My package shows it was delivered but I don’t have it—what do I do?
    • Please contact us within 3 calendar days of your order being marked as delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us with your concerns and we’ll do our best to make it right!
  • What if my item arrives damaged/defective/not what I ordered?
    • In the event of damage or a fulfillment error, we will promptly replace your item(s). Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to start this process.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • We usually start working on order fulfillment the same day orders are placed; if you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate!
  • What if I entered the wrong address?
    • Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address prior to shipping!
